Main Project

Main Project
Founding Manager of Human Dignity and Humiliation Studies

 (HumanDHS, http://www.humiliationstudies.org)

· What is it?
Human Dignity and Humiliation Studies (HumanDHS, http://www.humiliationstudies.org) is a global network of academics and practitioners who wish to build a world of more dignity and less humiliation

· What is the main focus?
Human Dignity and Humiliation Studies (HumanDHS, http://www.humiliationstudies.org) is a global network of academics and practitioners who are dedicated to ending humiliating practices and breaking cycles of humiliation throughout the world. They believe that through this, space is opened for mutual respect and esteem to take root and grow. We believe that a mindset of connection and a spirit of shared humility is necessary - and not a mindset of humiliation. Previously intractable conflicts may thus become amenable to dignified resolution.
